- All Rent-A-Site packages are subject to a minimum contract of 24 months.
- Each package includes one domain name, unlimited traffic web hosting, three custom email address and web statistics.
- The initial set-up fee is non-refundable and must be paid upfront by cheque or by Paypal before any work will commence.
- Monthly fees are collected electronically via Paypal on the first of every month.
- All websites, domain names and hosting space remain the property of JeminiJem and are simply leased by the client.
- FTP details remain the property of JeminiJem and will not be provided to the client.
- The client may cancel the subscription at any stage after the minimum 24 month contract period.
- Monthly fees do not cover any updates or additional functionality. A separate quotation will be required for these services.
- Upon cancellation the website will cease to exist online.
